To me, that means I can do everything, all the time, all at once. After all, if I can't, that means I'm doubting to power of the Lord. </span></p><p><span style="font-family: arial;">I need to do more. So what if I'm working full time, running two blogs, a YouTube channel, a home, an active social life, and participating in NaNoWriMo. That's not good enough. I need to do more. After all, there is a woman somewhere out there who is younger than me and is doing way more than me and is way more successful than me.</span></p><p><span style="font-family: arial;">Now naturally, on my recent visit to California, I had a conversation with my older sister and she set me straight. </span></p><p><span style="font-family: arial;">I need to slow down. </span></p><p><span style="font-family: arial;">Constantly comparing myself to other people has only brought me immense stress. I will never be that fictional woman I'm comparing myself to. She doesn't exist. </span></p><p><span style="font-family: arial;">With all my heart and soul, I believe God gave me so many of my ideas, and I try to listen to every single one. But that's where I stop. I don't listen to when He is telling me to begin these ideas, or if they are even for me. I'm just go, go, go; living in fear of missing out on His plans.</span></p><p><span style="font-family: arial;">My goal for the rest of the year is to rest in what God has already given me. My stable job, my loving husband, and my caring family. To slow down with the seasons and really draw closer to Him and hear His voice. </span></p><p><span style="font-family: arial;">How have you been feeling lately? Are you going nonstop? Has God told you to slow down? </span></p>Unknownnoreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1822699940599044456.post-73027851088788438442022-09-16T08:37:00.001-07:002022-09-16T08:37:05.387-07:00Bible Study with Me - Romans 12<p> <br /></p><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><br /></div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;"><span style="font-family: arial;"><br /></span></div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;"><span style="font-family: arial;"><br /></span></div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;"><span style="font-family: arial;"><br /></span></div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;"><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjID9cAlgjTrRL5WU6ikALT9DyUI3EOBwYR8b_FUuh3kEblfk26dmjOYu91dcCWg5TgQ-eUrgZF1CP4T-EpfvGJFz_M1adwQnyNeivwfg93iZL-VtG0EV7OFq6cUGSUpsnkWiVnUPeiZZmN4J5Dp6kGP1WoGgqke4sJNgrbx4au8H23odJPExuJEKFO/s1280/Copy%20of%20Meatball%20chili%20.png" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="720" data-original-width="1280" height="257" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjID9cAlgjTrRL5WU6ikALT9DyUI3EOBwYR8b_FUuh3kEblfk26dmjOYu91dcCWg5TgQ-eUrgZF1CP4T-EpfvGJFz_M1adwQnyNeivwfg93iZL-VtG0EV7OFq6cUGSUpsnkWiVnUPeiZZmN4J5Dp6kGP1WoGgqke4sJNgrbx4au8H23odJPExuJEKFO/w456-h257/Copy%20of%20Meatball%20chili%20.png" width="456" /></a></div><span style="font-family: arial;"><br /></span></div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;"><br /></div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;"><span style="font-family: arial;"><br /></span></div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;"><span style="font-family: arial;">Hello everyone!</span></div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;"><span style="font-family: arial;"><br /></span></div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;"><span style="font-family: arial;"><br />Come with me as I study Romans 12:9-21. Waking up bright and early in the morning to the sound of a rooster. Heading out to collect eggs for breakfast, where I'll make scrambled eggs and fresh biscuits served with homemade butter and topped with strawberry jam from last year's harvest. I would then head out to the garden to gather vegetables for dinner, which would be home cooked. Doesn’t that sound lovely? </span></p><span id="docs-internal-guid-4df5d34b-7fff-05ad-0788-6eeae244b1b2"><br><p dir="ltr" style="line-height: 1.38; margin-bottom: 0pt; margin-top: 0pt;"><span style="font-family: Arial; font-size: 11pt; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-variant-numeric: normal; vertical-align: baseline; white-space: pre-wrap;">Currently, I feel a million miles from that goal, but I have a plan. For all of September, I’m cooking at home. No restaurants, no fast food. Nothing. </span></p><br><p dir="ltr" style="line-height: 1.38; margin-bottom: 0pt; margin-top: 0pt;"><span style="font-family: Arial; font-size: 11pt; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-variant-numeric: normal; vertical-align: baseline; white-space: pre-wrap;">For an added piece of motivation, I will also be on a budget. To be completely honest, I’m not great at creating budgets; “Overspender” should be my nickname. But this month will change that. </span></p><br><p dir="ltr" style="line-height: 1.38; margin-bottom: 0pt; margin-top: 0pt;"><span style="font-family: Arial; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-variant-numeric: normal; vertical-align: baseline; white-space: pre-wrap;"><span style="font-size: large;">Budget:</span></span></p><br><p dir="ltr" style="line-height: 1.38; margin-bottom: 0pt; margin-top: 0pt;"><span style="font-family: Arial; font-size: 11pt; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-variant-numeric: normal; vertical-align: baseline; white-space: pre-wrap;">My budget needs to feed my husband and I each 3 meals a day for 30 days, totaling 180 meals.</span></p><p dir="ltr" style="line-height: 1.38; margin-bottom: 0pt; margin-top: 0pt;"><span style="font-family: Arial; font-size: 11pt; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-variant-numeric: normal; vertical-align: baseline; white-space: pre-wrap;">Giving myself enough room for error, my budget for each week is $100. Many people say that a Proverbs 31 woman isn’t achievable, but she is living proof that it is. Without her videos, I never would have gathered enough courage to start this project. We say things like, "I'm so stressed with this huge pile of laundry." "I have to empty the dishwasher" "I have to vacuum again?" For the past two years, I have lived without a washer and dryer in my house. Every week I get in my car and drive to the little laundromat down the street. I learned not to waste those precious 34 minutes it takes for the clothes to finish washing or the 54 minutes it takes for them to dry. It's made me accountable and aware of my clothing. I have found joy in carefully folding our clothes and placing they in their place. The Lord has blessed us so abundantly that we can give things to others.</span></span></p><span id="docs-internal-guid-c0a2f571-7fff-c4f4-c085-620366c7a655"><span style="font-family: arial;"><br /></span><p dir="ltr" style="line-height: 1.38; margin-bottom: 0pt; margin-top: 0pt;"><span style="font-size: 11pt; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-variant-numeric: normal; vertical-align: baseline; white-space: pre-wrap;"><span style="font-family: arial;"> It saddens me when I hear people today complain about housework and how "it's so time-consuming". I've tried hard to not talk about this, but after reading a few housekeeping books from the 1940s-1950s, enough is enough. </span></span></p><span style="font-family: arial;"><br /></span><p dir="ltr" style="line-height: 1.38; margin-bottom: 0pt; margin-top: 0pt;"><span style="font-size: 11pt; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-variant-numeric: normal; vertical-align: baseline; white-space: pre-wrap;"><span style="font-family: arial;"> The reason I've found so much joy and thankfulness in my chores is because I have machines to do the work for me! In the early 1940s, washing machines weren't commonplace nor were our common laundry detergents, dryer sheets, or fabric softeners. Women had to clean everything by hand. They soaked items in the bathtub and had to use many ingredients to get stains out, clean, and bleach fabrics. To dry clothes, they still used a mangle and line dried them. Larger and more delicate items were sent to the dry cleaners. </span></span></p><span style="font-family: arial;"><br /></span><p dir="ltr" style="line-height: 1.38; margin-bottom: 0pt; margin-top: 0pt;"><span style="font-size: 11pt; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-variant-numeric: normal; vertical-align: baseline; white-space: pre-wrap;"><span style="font-family: arial;"> Vacuum cleaners were another item that wasn’t common; thankfully neither was permanent carpet flooring until the late 1950s. Women had to use a broom and dustpan for daily maintenance, they also had to regularly beat out rugs and mats instead of a quick swipe of the hoover. How many of us have postponed using the vacuum simply because we know we can do it later and it might only set us back a few minutes. We know that our machines will make it easier. </span></span></p><span style="font-family: arial;"><br /></span><p dir="ltr" style="line-height: 1.38; margin-bottom: 0pt; margin-top: 0pt;"><span style="font-size: 11pt; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-variant-numeric: normal; vertical-align: baseline; white-space: pre-wrap;"><span style="font-family: arial;"> Many families couldn't afford to own two cars, so the women had to ride the bus into town. Did they stop at a singular store and buy everything they needed? Nope. They might stop by the greengrocers, the butcher's shop, the bakery, the general store, the dry cleaners, or the florists. Doesn't the one or two bags that we see women carrying in old films make more sense now? They couldn’t lug the ten to fifteen bags that we have the luxury of carrying now. </span></span></p><span style="font-family: arial;"><br /></span><p dir="ltr" style="line-height: 1.38; margin-bottom: 0pt; margin-top: 0pt;"><span style="font-size: 11pt; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-variant-numeric: normal; vertical-align: baseline; white-space: pre-wrap;"><span style="font-family: arial;"> Another thing that they didn't have from the mid-1940s and earlier, a fridge! One book I've read gave directions to store last night's dinner roast in the bottom of the pantry so that it will be cool for tomorrow's lunch time sandwiches.</span></span></p><span style="font-family: arial;"><br /></span><p dir="ltr" style="line-height: 1.38; margin-bottom: 0pt; margin-top: 0pt;"><span style="font-size: 11pt; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-variant-numeric: normal; vertical-align: baseline; white-space: pre-wrap;"><span style="font-family: arial;"> I have no doubt that the 1940s and 50s housewives would have several choice words for us modern wives knowing all the shortcuts we have now. On top of that, they still had kids to deal with, others stopping in for a visit, preparing and making meals, mending clothes, making clothes, and hobbies.</span></span></p><span style="font-family: arial;"><br /></span><p dir="ltr" style="line-height: 1.38; margin-bottom: 0pt; margin-top: 0pt;"><span style="font-size: 11pt; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-variant-numeric: normal; vertical-align: baseline; white-space: pre-wrap;"><span style="font-family: arial;"> This look into the past has opened my eyes and made me realize I can do better in my housewifery. If a 1940s housewife can do all of these things without help, I can surely do this and more with all my modern appliances. </span></span></p><p dir="ltr" style="line-height: 1.38; margin-bottom: 0pt; margin-top: 0pt;"><span style="font-size: 11pt; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-variant-numeric: normal; vertical-align: baseline; white-space: pre-wrap;"><span style="font-family: arial;"><br /></span></span></p><p dir="ltr" style="line-height: 1.38; margin-bottom: 0pt; margin-top: 0pt;"><span style="font-size: 11pt; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-variant-numeric: normal; vertical-align: baseline; white-space: pre-wrap;"><span style="font-family: arial;"> The Lord made us stewards over all He made (Genesis 1:26). The ultimate goal is to work with a servant's heart, willing to serve others, being thankful for all the blessings God has given us, even those things that seem like no brainers, a washing machine, for example. I cannot wait to have my own washer and dryer and I will joyously do laundry day! </span></span></p><div><span style="font-family: Arial; font-size: 11pt; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-variant-numeric: normal; When hot add ground beef and spread out on the pan. Sear for about 3 mins, then flip and sear on the other side for 3 mins. Break up the meat, stirring every few minutes until fully cooked. Drain, if needed. Add salt, pepper, onions, garlic, and Worcestershire sauce. Cook for 5 minutes. Turn off heat and stir in half the meatloaf sauce. Mine weighed around 2 ounces. Lightly flour your work surface and roll each portion into a ball. Then using a rolling pin, roll the dough into a thin circle like shape. Add the ⅓ cup of the filling and top off with a spoonful of the meatloaf sauce. Using a pastry brush, wet ¼ of the inside ¼ -½ inch of the filled dough with the egg wash. Fold in half and twist the edges shut. You can also use a fork to seal off the edges instead. Brush the tops with egg wash. Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit then bake for 30-35 minutes. </span></p><p dir="ltr" style="background-color: white; line-height: 1.38; margin-bottom: 0pt; margin-top: 0pt;"> </p><p dir="ltr" style="background-color: white; line-height: 1.38; margin-bottom: 0pt; margin-top: 0pt;"><span style="background-color: transparent; color: #2e291e; font-family: Arial; font-size: 12pt; white-space: pre-wrap;"><b>For the rice:</b> </span><span style="background-color: transparent; color: #2e291e; font-family: Arial; font-size: 12pt; white-space: pre-wrap;">To a pressure cooker, add rice, onions, sofrito, garlic, and all seasonings including consomme powder. That's when I had the idea to make a prayer challenge.</div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;"><br /></div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">A few weeks ago, I was going through a rough time and I had to lean hard on the Lord. I'm sure you've experienced those days. Nothing is going right, you feel stuck in a rut, and your overall mood is just blah! It was difficult, but I made it out on the other side for the better. We need those tough times for us to learn a lesson or be tested in our faith. </div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;"><br /></div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">In the end, my perspective changed drastically! So drastically that I made a 5 day prayer challenge covering what I prayed for. Having faith in the Lord is essentially having trust in the Lord.</div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><br /></div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">Day 2 - Pray for patience.</div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">Life takes patience, and it's easy to get caught up in social media where someone is always living the life you want. Rushing things on your time will just leave you frustrated. Remember that things will always happen on God's time. </div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;"><br /></div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">Day 3 - Pray for clarity</div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">When you have clarity in your faith, the path God wants you to take is clear. Maybe not clearly laid out, but when situations arise, you are able to decipher His message.</div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;"><br /></div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">Day 4 - Pray for wisdom</div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">While praying for wisdom, don't be surprised if you find yourself in several situations that leave you baffled. The definition of wisdom is having experience, knowledge, and good judgement. You can't gain experience without going through a few trials.</div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;"><br /></div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">Day 5 - Pray for a pure heart</div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">A pure heart is one that has Jesus Christ at the center. It's about trying your hardest to live a life that will bring honor and glory to Him. One where ill intent, selfishness, or sin is cast out and replaced with God's word and His laws.</div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><br /></div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">Follow me on Instagram and check out my stories to participate in this 5-day challenge with me!</div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;"><br /></div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://drive.google.com/file/d/1FFYCvFGZ5AneYGdCUGBL_pqmQq4wAnF1/view?usp=sharing" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;" target="_blank"><img border="0" data-original-height="1080" data-original-width="1080" height="320" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgy_TvwQ9YT3J_D-z2Y6x_OzJgcpn0qPeKUr5tBezcMIPit2Nupgv5-hmGpPWEHBkpp3haQGy8K73YG94y6LoSRSiv6s8gdpL8-khBX9_OW5wN35mc2miHP9V0Xt8bW7C-_hzGH0CGfnC0/s320/Pink+and+Red+Organic+Illustrations+Personal+Anti-valentines+Quote+Valentine%2527s+Day+Instagram+Post+%25281%2529.png" /></a></div><br /><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;"><br /></div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><br /></div><br /><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><br /></div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><br /></div><br /> <p></p>Unknownnoreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1822699940599044456.post-60736057520232172442021-03-28T07:00:00.014-07:002021-03-28T07:00:00.629-07:00Easter Challah Recipe<p></p><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgDaea2tyqx4jlBruoEfHp1xToMsWwsiVmeuWWVV9ImkA0RymOmocNr5T7ra3NQ9DtiJnGtVef6YZv_m8OMdfHZBEV0_pQEx2qkCTNz7Hvx5bOHwfZSsAyRVGZhCrKX7iBj2xCVZdfJ6Tk/s2226/New+easter+challah+bread.png" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="2226" data-original-width="1087" height="640" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgDaea2tyqx4jlBruoEfHp1xToMsWwsiVmeuWWVV9ImkA0RymOmocNr5T7ra3NQ9DtiJnGtVef6YZv_m8OMdfHZBEV0_pQEx2qkCTNz7Hvx5bOHwfZSsAyRVGZhCrKX7iBj2xCVZdfJ6Tk/w312-h640/New+easter+challah+bread.png" width="312" /></a></div><br /><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><br /></div><br /><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><br /></div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><span style="font-family: arial;"><br /></span></div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;"><span style="font-family: arial;">One of my goals for 2021 was to start more traditions. For the last two weeks, organizing my home has been my mission. I successfully decluttered my pants/undergarment drawer, our night stand, all the towels in my house, under the bathroom sink, and the one I am most proud of, under the kitchen sink.</span></p><p><span style="font-family: arial;">This project was the most dramatic transformation of all my projects. Just look at the before picture!</span></p><p><span style="font-family: arial;"><br /></span></p><p><span style="font-family: arial;">Thankfully, most of the mess was grocery bags. At first, I was going to just throw all of them into a brown paper bag. This method didn't offer a satisfying long-term solution, as I had hoped. </span></p><p><span style="font-family: arial; font-size: x-large;">How I Organized</span></p><p><span style="font-family: arial;">However, Pinterest has tons of solutions! I found <a href="https://www.creeklinehouse.com/fold-grocery-bags/" target="_blank">Courtenay from The Creek Line House's post</a> on how to fold plastic grocery bags. I will link her post.</span></p><p></p><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhTNo05onTcJyy8VxAT-A9qbL9KEvq3F2uDJ5QY-W8PUMQAXh06biFlRdkhqhZO7wkOnVQq8qzAfxKeNq1yEZ4nsCI6lJyNRfx5OXNRAGz5ol4utzVnzj2yTGllqX9hDLoXngj0rzTGE3Q/s1100/Creek+line+house+tutorial.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="1100" data-original-width="500" height="640" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhTNo05onTcJyy8VxAT-A9qbL9KEvq3F2uDJ5QY-W8PUMQAXh06biFlRdkhqhZO7wkOnVQq8qzAfxKeNq1yEZ4nsCI6lJyNRfx5OXNRAGz5ol4utzVnzj2yTGllqX9hDLoXngj0rzTGE3Q/w290-h640/Creek+line+house+tutorial.jpg" width="290" /></a></div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><span style="font-family: arial;"><i>By The Creek Line House</i></span></div><br /><span style="font-family: arial;"><br /></span><p></p><p><span style="font-family: arial;">Here is what I ended up with. Twenty-seven neatly folded grocery bags. Probably one of my proudest moments and it was one full of reflection. Never in a million years would I have guessed that I would now be that lady who folds plastic bags. Now that I am, consider me an advocate for everyone to fold theirs from now on.</span></p><p></p><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhG3s2LYoR98B43hA0jAI7YBnh9nSvI5-iHMOCwC7DQkxSuw-cisfsyf9A8jmnzTfczktAiaGMmzDvG56uXRmMgFOUqw1KgYSOls2l431ddgUq15AtfdacQ1Aeyon9Yeo7mGuTm7h3ckcA/s2048/20210219_161354.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="2048" data-original-width="1536" height="640" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhG3s2LYoR98B43hA0jAI7YBnh9nSvI5-iHMOCwC7DQkxSuw-cisfsyf9A8jmnzTfczktAiaGMmzDvG56uXRmMgFOUqw1KgYSOls2l431ddgUq15AtfdacQ1Aeyon9Yeo7mGuTm7h3ckcA/w480-h640/20210219_161354.jpg" width="480" /></a></div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><br /></div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><br /></div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjNdrSmMiTW80y7pSmFG5eXr-JMLPvG9D1VQBA_cmxTHTKUYA7w5JLkod1iTptZljqvAj8wq6shJkv5vogxLPV3LK4uf-YmvJsyyrxyLyHAaSdGYm2Sr8IYmcbJ_ODIjUscUNFfdr7Uv2o/s2048/20210219_161329.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="1536" data-original-width="2048" height="480" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjNdrSmMiTW80y7pSmFG5eXr-JMLPvG9D1VQBA_cmxTHTKUYA7w5JLkod1iTptZljqvAj8wq6shJkv5vogxLPV3LK4uf-YmvJsyyrxyLyHAaSdGYm2Sr8IYmcbJ_ODIjUscUNFfdr7Uv2o/w640-h480/20210219_161329.jpg" width="640" /></a></div><br /><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><span style="font-family: arial;"><i>After taking all the bags out</i></span></div><br /><span style="font-family: arial;"><br /></span><p></p><p><span style="font-family: arial;">For the cleaning supplies, I put them together in a bucket that we used to soak our bonsai tree in. It seems pretty straightforward, but depending on where you are, aioli is something different. In America, it is made from mayo, garlic, lemon juice, and olive oil. In southern France they use egg yolks, garlic, olive oil, and mustard. These two methods have been argued over, which is correct, but the truth is, neither are. Traditional aioli has it's roots in the northwest Mediterranean and is simply made from garlic, salt, and olive oil.</span></div><div style="text-align: left;"><span style="font-family: arial;"><br /></span></div><div style="text-align: left;"><span style="font-family: arial;">The aioli purists of Spain believe that the main distinguishing factor between aioli and mayo is whether an egg yolk is included. </span></div><div style="text-align: left;"><span style="font-family: arial;"><br /></span></div><div style="text-align: left;"><span style="font-family: arial;"><br /><span style="font-size: x-large;">Traditional Ingredients</span></span></div><div style="text-align: left;"><span style="font-family: arial;
