Champagne Truffles (Non-alcoholic)
A perfect dessert recipe for a date with a special someone.

Ingredients
- 3/4 cup unsalted butter
- 3/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2-3 tablespoons non-alcohol champagne
- Pinch of salt
- Cocoa powder for rolling
- Chocolate melts for coating, optional
Instructions
- Melt butter in a medium saucepan over low heat. Add cocoa powder and mix until smooth. Add in sweetened condensed milk and mix until the mixture smooth and thick, about four minutes.
- Remove from heat and stir in vanilla and salt. Then pour into a large bowl and allow to cool to room temperature. Add champagne and stir. Cover the bowl and place in the fridge for 4-5 hours or until firm
- Once cooled completely, taking a tablespoon of the mixture, roll it into a ball, then roll in cocoa. Place on a parchment paper lined sheet or plate and refridgerate for 1-2 hours or until firm.
