Chocolate Truffles
A fun Valentines Day treat for you and that special someone

Ingredients
- 9 ounces semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 9 ounces milk chocolate chips
- 1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- Toppings: chopped nuts, chocolate melts, cocoa powder, powdered sugar, or shredded coconut
Instructions
- In a medium saucepan over low heat, melt chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk.
- Remove from heat and add vanilla extract. Then pour into a large bowl and allow to cool to room temperature. Cover the bowl and place in the fridge for 2 hours or until firm.
- Once cooled completely, taking a tablespoon of the mixture, roll it into a ball, then roll in the toppings of your choice
- . Place on a parchment paper lined sheet or plate and refrigerate for 1-2 hours or until firm.
