Meatball Chili - Here's What I Have Part 2

 Meatball Chili


  • 1 jar tabasco chili sauce
  • 1 can seasoned black beans
  • 1 can kidney beans
  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • 1 tbsp minced garlic
  • 1/2 a sweet onion, chopped
  • 1 green bell pepper, chopped
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 2-3 tbsp olive oil
  • 10 frozen meatballs

  1. Heat the olive oil in a large pot. When hot, add the onion and bell pepper. Saute for three minutes. Then add the garlic and cook for another minute or until fragrant.
  2. Add in beans, tomatoes, chili sauce, water and meatballs. Stir everything together. Put a lid on the pot and simmer for 30 minutes or until the meatballs are cooked.
  3. Next step is optional. Remove the meatballs and mash them up. Return them to the pot and stir.
  4. Top with cheese, sour cream, and enjoy!
