Meatball Chili - Here's What I Have Part 2
Meatball Chili
Ingredients:
- 1 jar tabasco chili sauce
- 1 can seasoned black beans
- 1 can kidney beans
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1/2 a sweet onion, chopped
- 1 green bell pepper, chopped
- 1/4 cup water
- 2-3 tbsp olive oil
- 10 frozen meatballs
Instructions:
- Heat the olive oil in a large pot. When hot, add the onion and bell pepper. Saute for three minutes. Then add the garlic and cook for another minute or until fragrant.
- Add in beans, tomatoes, chili sauce, water and meatballs. Stir everything together. Put a lid on the pot and simmer for 30 minutes or until the meatballs are cooked.
- Next step is optional. Remove the meatballs and mash them up. Return them to the pot and stir.
- Top with cheese, sour cream, and enjoy!
