Pumpkin Buttermilk Pancakes
- 11oz buttermilk
- 1 cup pumpkin puree
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 3 tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 ½ teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
Instructions:
Mix everything together in a bowl. You can make this recipe the night before and store it in your fridge to have a quick breakfast in the morning.
